Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Bibiano was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Celso Cibran took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Keld Paulsen. Denmark's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Emilio Bibiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Chris Nygaard took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emilio Bibiano. Emilio Bibiano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 19th minute, Kenn Skou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roman Jacob came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Keld Paulsen could save by the left post. Kenn Skou hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the game, Luisito Marino lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Keld Paulsen. A sloppy throw-in by Celso Cibran in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. Mikkel Wulff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Emilio Bibiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Roman Jacob stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Roman Jacob tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenn Skou to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 43 minutes, Luisito Marino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sabalero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisito Marino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Celso Cibran in the 46 minute of the game. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Jacob in the 53rd minute of play. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Jacob in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Sabalero's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Emilio Bibiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denmark were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Sabalero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chris Nygaard took the corner. Roman Jacob sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Marino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisito Marino in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 69 minutes, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Nygaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute Mikkel Wulff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Bibiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Roman Jacob came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Sabalero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Jacob couldn't finish the play. In the 81stth minute of the game Luisito Marino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Roman Jacob stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Roman Jacob tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chris Nygaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Emilio Bibiano made a huge save. After 85 played minutes, Sabalero's Celso Cibran shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Keld Paulsen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sabalero reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roman Jacob in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isaias Abad charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaias Abad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isaias Abad hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The Sabalero players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
