Andres Ekhi came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten. But to his dismay, Edward Vanderstraeten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Andres Ekhi made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. Ricart Futebol Clube's attentive Hans-Jürgen Beckenbauer managed to snatch the ball when Guillaume Bonte made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. In the 17th match minute, Ricart Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovânio Gerber to maneuver through the defense. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andres Ekhi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Geovânio Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andres Ekhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Eusebio Hori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andres Ekhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andres Ekhi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Belgium's zone, Eusebio Hori stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Claes came out of the goal and Eusebio Hori tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edward Vanderstraeten to strike the kick off in the second half. Andres Ekhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61stth minute of the game Eusebio Hori who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgium's Casper Claes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edward Vanderstraeten in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andres Ekhi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 65 played minutes Ricart Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Doron Bantz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Hori in the 68th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusebio Hori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Hori in the 69th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Eusebio Hori got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Ricart Futebol Clube's Anísio Fantini got a free kick in the 74th minute. Belgium's Lenny Clocheret managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marcos Prado in the 77 minute of the game. Andres Ekhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yves Dervaux, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 81 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Siebe Michiels. Siebe Michiels recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ricart Futebol Clube made a substitution. Abel Ramalho replaced Eusebio Hori. A collision led to Ricart Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Doron Bantz hit a great ball. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Ramalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Ramalho in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Belgium fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ricart Futebol Clube had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
