In the 34th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 忠 杨浩南 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 忠 杨浩南 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute of the match, 贺宽桦 got a very nice opportunity to score, but Flavio Vittori was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by 庞博亦 in the 44th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Porziano Marchitelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After the first half Italy were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Italy's Siricio Liotta shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 67th minute of play. The shot was stopped by 忠 杨浩南 but with some difficulty. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 王适志, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 71 played minutes 【AC】大铁棍子村猛干生产队『铁血连』™NB got a freekick which was hit by 沈建渊. 忠 杨浩南 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 76th minute of play. 忠 杨浩南 made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Sigfrido Auletta sent off a good shot on target. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. In the 89th minute 贺宽桦 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 忠 杨浩南 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adriano Curto's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. 忠 杨浩南 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Curto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Italy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
