Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Metod Mlynar started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Daniel Suchy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 3 minutes into the match, Suwon FC's 정 해 broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 김 평 in the 6th minute of play. Henrich Slany made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 최 이슬 in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Slovakia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 정 해 was slow to take the kick. During this time Suwon FC's players had a chance to rest. Suwon FC's 정 해 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Henrich Slany in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 이 루 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Metod Mlynar in the 15th minute. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Oliver Holub hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that 김 후's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henrich Slany was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Vavrinec Koleno hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Henrich Slany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 김 후, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Slovakia booed when Suwon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. 조 학 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 played minutes, Slovakia's Pavol Koleno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 이 루 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Slovakia reached it. With a little luck, Suwon FC's 이 루 got control of the ball when Metod Mlynar tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Vavrinec Koleno hit a great ball. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 최 이슬 in the 27th minute of play. When 김 후 came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Suwon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 김 후 couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the game, Suwon FC's 최 이슬 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henrich Slany made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 34th minute, Slovakia's Kornel Jahoda seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kornel Jahoda the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Slovakia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kornel Jahoda had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Slovakia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Suwon FC:s goal. Henrich Slany didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 정 해 went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 정 해 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pavol Koleno hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when 최 이슬 came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Suwon FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. 정 해 hit a great ball. 이 루 made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Metod Mlynar sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Suwon FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 김 후 was the one to do the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by 최 이슬 got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Henrich Slany made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 김 후 in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zigmund Maliar to maneuver through the defense. Henrich Slany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 김 후, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 정 해 during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 62 minutes, Metod Mlynar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slovakia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Metod Mlynar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 65th minute, Metod Mlynar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 이 루 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When 최 이슬 came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Suwon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 최 이슬 couldn't finish the play. Daniel Suchy charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Suchy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Henrich Slany made an important save on a dangerous shot by 최 이슬 in the 74th minute. 김 후 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrich Slany having to interfere. Blue Dragon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 이 루 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ondrej Biskup in the 82nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as 김 평 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Henrich Slany. That made the score 1-3 in the 84 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Slovakia's zone, 김 후 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrich Slany came out of the goal and 김 후 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Suwon FC's 정 해 was responsible for 1-4 with a brilliant performance in the 96th minute when he, by himself, got past the opponents defense and with a quick shot sent the ball into the goal to the left of Henrich Slany.
