Durvalino Guerra hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Hungary's Antal Valentin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SANTOS F.C. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Nicholas Latifi in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
