Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Omar Toledo got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Filomeno Remir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Ascaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Remir in the 6th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Filomeno Remir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Ascaso. Spain's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filomeno Remir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, David Aranda notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Manfredi AFC's Roman Vachon. Roman Vachon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th match minute, Manfredi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Osasun to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Spain's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ladislao Mannie fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Steffen Krummwiede hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After 42 minutes Manfredi AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Omar Toledo who took care of the corner kick. Spain's Enrique Rabellino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Roman Vachon in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ladislao Mannie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ladislao Mannie made a kick off. When Nereo Osasun came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Manfredi AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nereo Osasun couldn't finish the play. Manfredi AFC's Uriel Cordarrel was substituted for Ladislao Mannie. After 56 played minutes Manfredi AFC got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Remir. After a rather tough play, Spain's Jonathan Criado got a free kick in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Remir in the 59th minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Adria Bielsa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Vachon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Spain made a substitution. Carles Cherro replaced Omar Toledo. Cristobal Guillelmo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Spain's Sergio Ruiz was substituted for Adria Bielsa. Spain's Pau Herrero was substituted for David Aranda. Cristobal Guillelmo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Carles Cherro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roman Vachon firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 82nd minute Bennvar Post shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Cordarrel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bennvar Post in the 92nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carles Cherro got free with Roman Vachon in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
