Gone With the Win were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after HollywooDogs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daud Kunaefi took the corner. Keiran Tubbs was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. La Mano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 38th minute of play. Dedé Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keiran Tubbs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yuan Xing Lin made a kick off. The throw-in from Tomás Mazza in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gone With the Win's Alan Everett. Gone With the Win's La Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 55th minute of play. La Mano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo De Leon in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that Ricardinho Alvarenga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but La Mano was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. After 72 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Reinaldo Castro. HollywooDogs made a substitution. Fabio Weidt replaced Zeno Pfützner. Gone With the Win made a substitution. Stew Sykes replaced Daud Kunaefi. HollywooDogs's Johannes Engman was substituted for 谢榕升. The supporters of Gone With the Win booed when HollywooDogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinaldo Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute Rory Jobson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, HollywooDogs's Kilian Mbappè ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind La Mano. La Mano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. The HollywooDogs supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing HollywooDogs would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
