A beautiful save bye MILTON f.c.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 8th minute Martin Minchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cliff Thomas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beto Breckenfeld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Martin Minchev sped through MILTON f.c.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cliff Thomas. Martin Minchev scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cliff Thomas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Jurupeba FC's Martin Minchev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cliff Thomas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Onyewuchi Obikwelu during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Jurupeba FC booed when MILTON f.c. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Onyewuchi Obikwelu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Minchev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Cliff Thomas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beto Breckenfeld in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cliff Thomas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Onyewuchi Obikwelu kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Martin Minchev struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Cliff Thomas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jurupeba FC. 40 minutes into the game, Jurupeba FC's Pedro Augusto Maranhense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cliff Thomas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Cliff Thomas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Minchev, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Cliff Thomas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto Breckenfeld in the 44th minute of play. The MILTON f.c. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jurupeba FC were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Beto Breckenfeld to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, MILTON f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Beto Breckenfeld came free, but Cliff Thomas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Minchev struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Cliff Thomas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jurupeba FC. Cliff Thomas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beto Breckenfeld in the 57th minute. Cliff Thomas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorkil Husig in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Onyewuchi Obikwelu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrício Falcão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MILTON f.c.'s Alvaro Michael was substituted for Octavio Toribio. If Pedro Augusto Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cliff Thomas made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Beto Breckenfeld sent off a good shot on target. Beto Breckenfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cliff Thomas having to interfere. Cliff Thomas came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Jurupeba FC's Benjamin Paranaense. But to his dismay, Benjamin Paranaense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. A collision led to MILTON f.c. getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Leonardo Ponc hit a great ball. MILTON f.c.'s Cliff Thomas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save MILTON f.c. from getting a goal against them. Samuel Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Jurupeba FC's Neymar Junior dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Beto Breckenfeld's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cliff Thomas firmly grabbed it by the left post. 94 minutes into the match, Jurupeba FC's Martin Minchev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cliff Thomas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, MILTON f.c.'s Cliff Thomas got control of the ball when Beto Breckenfeld tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Jurupeba FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MILTON f.c. throughout the match.
