In the 7th match minute, GUSESI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Ederono to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Tonete in the 10th minute of play forced KORV's goalkeeper Zemario Minjaraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Babe Bonk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Thibaut Courtois made a huge save. Asgeir Størkersen kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, GUSESI's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sálvio Ferro. Thibaut Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sálvio Ferro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, KORV's Thibaut Courtois threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bård Torstensen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 31 minutes into the match, GUSESI's goal looked a bit too open when Bård Torstensen came free, but Thibaut Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bård Torstensen in the 32nd minute of play forced GUSESI's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KORV were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after GUSESI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bård Torstensen took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Babe Bonk drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind GUSESI's goalkeeper. Thibaut Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Babe Bonk in the 38th minute of the match. Zemario Minjaraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Favila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Niklas Nydal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, GUSESI's Thibaut Courtois got control of the ball when Babe Bonk tried to sneak it across the goal line. GUSESI's Thibaut Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sálvio Ferro in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Agustin Rego made the kick off in the second half. Luis Tonete's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zemario Minjaraz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Thibaut Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bård Torstensen in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bård Torstensen in the 63rd minute of play forced GUSESI's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KORV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KORV had won after a very even match.
