Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Steinar Stålhandske kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ömer Halisdemir in the 3rd minute of play forced GUSESI's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, GUSESI's goal looked a bit too open when Ömer Halisdemir came free, but Thibaut Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thibaut Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ömer Halisdemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Andrzej Karaszkiewicz in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Lucjan Bochinski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steinar Stålhandske in the 20th minute of play forced Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Kajetan Dec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thibaut Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ömer Halisdemir in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Ömer Halisdemir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Thibaut Courtois was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kajetan Dec was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Steinar Stålhandske showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 42 minute of play. Andrzej Karaszkiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 49th minute, Andrzej Karaszkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 54th minute, Steinar Stålhandske ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kajetan Dec was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. GUSESI's Thibaut Courtois proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save GUSESI from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Ömer Halisdemir slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thibaut Courtois. That made the score 2-2 after 66 minutes of play. Ömer Halisdemir struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Thibaut Courtois didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zawisza Bydgoszcz. Thibaut Courtois made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Ömer Halisdemir sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ömer Halisdemir in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thibaut Courtois saved GUSESI from getting behind. Thibaut Courtois was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Ömer Halisdemir capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ömer Halisdemir really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Sebastian Klawke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Thibaut Courtois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Lucjan Bochinski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Andrzej Karaszkiewicz, made in the 86th minute of the game. Thibaut Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Klawke in the 92nd minute of play. The GUSESI supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zawisza Bydgoszcz's performance. The match ended with a win for Zawisza Bydgoszcz.
