AMERICAN BARÇA's Gonzalo Boye to fire away a dangerous shot which Styrbjörn Stokken despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 11 played minutes GREEK ARMY got a freekick which was hit by Vlassis Mellios. Alejandro Verdu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vassilis Lazarakis in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bubu Denat in the 16th minute of play forced GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Styrbjörn Stokken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Bubu Denat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Styrbjörn Stokken narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Antoni Villarroel hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Bubu Denat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Styrbjörn Stokken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bubu Denat struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Styrbjörn Stokken didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA. Styrbjörn Stokken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bubu Denat in the 29th minute of the match. GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bubu Denat in the 35th minute of play. Ksawery Gall hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bubu Denat in the 39th minute of play forced GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Styrbjörn Stokken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bubu Denat made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Ksawery Gall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save GREEK ARMY from getting a goal against them. Styrbjörn Stokken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bubu Denat in the 59th minute. After 61 minutes, Ludovít Reis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA and the GREEK ARMY players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of GREEK ARMY booed when F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludovít Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Verdu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
