AMERICAN BARÇA's Alejandro Verdu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Neal Messer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Fredo Rösch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd minute, Aske Frøshøj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hornbosteler SV's Fredo Rösch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Hornbosteler SV from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The audience was convinced that Inocencio Primeiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro Verdu was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
