The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. UPTEXTIL.COM's attentive Doğuhan Yasun managed to snatch the ball when Bernhard Gronau made a throw-in in the 2nd minute of the game. Cüneyt Berksoy scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fredo Rösch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cüneyt Berksoy took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fredo Rösch. Fredo Rösch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cüneyt Berksoy might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fredo Rösch. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cüneyt Berksoy ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 10th minute Cüneyt Berksoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredo Rösch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cüneyt Berksoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cüneyt Berksoy struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Fredo Rösch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UPTEXTIL.COM. UPTEXTIL.COM's Pontus Hjortberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bernhard Gronau, made in the 18th minute of the game. Hornbosteler SV's Fredo Rösch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cüneyt Berksoy in the 19th minute of play. Fredo Rösch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paolo Ruisko's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Cüneyt Berksoy put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Fredo Rösch. Fredo Rösch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cüneyt Berksoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Van den Bossche got free with Mateus Cruz in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edwin Van den Bossche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Mateus Cruz made a huge save. 36 minutes into the game, UPTEXTIL.COM's Pontus Hjortberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fredo Rösch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cüneyt Berksoy in the 40th minute of play forced Hornbosteler SV's goalkeeper Fredo Rösch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paolo Ruisko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fredo Rösch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Fredo Rösch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Ruisko in the 44th minute of the match. Fredo Rösch didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cüneyt Berksoy went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

In the 54th minute, Cüneyt Berksoy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fredo Rösch was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Cüneyt Berksoy scored 0-7 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fredo Rösch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fredo Rösch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cüneyt Berksoy in the 62nd minute of the match. After 62 minutes of play, UPTEXTIL.COM's Cüneyt Berksoy made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredo Rösch was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Hornbosteler SV's zone, Paolo Ruisko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredo Rösch came out of the goal and Paolo Ruisko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cüneyt Berksoy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fredo Rösch came out and tried to block the shot, but Cüneyt Berksoy slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute, Hornbosteler SV's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paolo Ruisko fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cüneyt Berksoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Fredo Rösch made a huge save. 0-10 became the score in the 74th minute when Cüneyt Berksoy elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After taking down the ball on UPTEXTIL.COM's corner Pontus Hjortberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fredo Rösch quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belchior Mamatov in the 89th minute of play forced Hornbosteler SV's goalkeeper Fredo Rösch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cüneyt Berksoy in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fredo Rösch prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd minute, UPTEXTIL.COM's Cüneyt Berksoy ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fredo Rösch. Fredo Rösch yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cüneyt Berksoy got free with Fredo Rösch in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dario Andreasen kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
