Gabino Muguia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, S.C.CHUÍ's Joris Scheer got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute Gabino Muguia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Rancaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Armando Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabino Muguia in the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, S.C.CHUÍ's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Rancaño came free, but Armando Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. S.C.CHUÍ's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardinho Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franc Merlot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Joris Scheer made the kick off in the second half. Franc Merlot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis León in the 55th minute of play. Júlio Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Hugo Quintana's shot from long distance in the 61st minute was not bad at all, but S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 63rd minute Bernardinho Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franc Merlot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Bernardinho Abreu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Franc Merlot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. S.C.CHUÍ made a substitution. Elder Donatello replaced Luis León. S.C.CHUÍ's Joris Scheer got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. TiGrEs Fx's Alex Elenescu was substituted for Gabino Muguia. Armando Cerezo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Elenescu in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Alex Elenescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armando Cerezo, 1-2. Franc Merlot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derwin Valensuela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Alex Elenescu notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo. Armando Cerezo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
