With a little luck, Fabiofs's Alexander Hegg got control of the ball when Aaden Hutton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arsenio Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Savas Iosifakis in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kåre Uter in the 10th minute of play forced Fabiofs's goalkeeper Alexander Hegg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaden Hutton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Alexander Hegg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, Plebeyos's goal looked a bit too open when Savas Iosifakis came free, but Arsenio Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenio Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Savas Iosifakis in the 25th minute of play. When Nicasio Perez fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fabiofs's protests and gave Nicasio Perez a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Plebeyos booed when Fabiofs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Savas Iosifakis in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Plebeyos's Emilio Quin got a free kick in the 31st minute. Arsenio Cordeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Savas Iosifakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Aaden Hutton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Alexander Hegg made a huge save. In the 48th minute, Plebeyos's Valentin Vergaray dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The wind increased when Savas Iosifakis made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Regis's late challenge caught a Plebeyos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Regis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, Fabiofs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Regis to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fabiofs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emil Kostadinov was slow to take the kick. During this time Plebeyos's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Plebeyos's corner Aaden Hutton fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alexander Hegg quite easily take care of the ball. In the 91st minute Kåre Uter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Hegg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fabiofs's goalkeeper Alexander Hegg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th minute Plebeyos were awarded a corner. Emil Kostadinov went to the cornerflag to take it. Emil Kostadinov made a great header on Plebeyos's corner, it was just that Fabiofs's Alexander Hegg managed to reach the ball for a save. Cihan Uzkan lost his temper 97 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card.
