An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon Rosin in the 3rd minute of play forced EL MAGO ONEILL's goalkeeper 潘桑星 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gordon Banks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jasper Goemyne in the 4th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, EL MAGO ONEILL's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Bergqvist came free, but 潘桑星 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jasper Goemyne in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gordon Banks, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Jasper Goemyne took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gordon Banks to make any attempt to save it. 23 minutes into the match, Erasto Herrero notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Hammarby Sjöstad IF's Gordon Banks. Gordon Banks was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Bernt Bergqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kennet Kvist charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kennet Kvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Hammarby Sjöstad IF's Kennet Kvist got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 33 played minutes Hammarby Sjöstad IF got a freekick which was hit by Ragnar Söderström. EL MAGO ONEILL's Erasto Herrero was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gordon Banks in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hammarby Sjöstad IF's Gordon Banks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Hammarby Sjöstad IF from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, EL MAGO ONEILL's Txaran Arcaya got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Txaran Arcaya made a precise shot to the right of Gordon Banks. Hammarby Sjöstad IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Jon Rosin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 潘桑星 having to interfere. Jon Rosin's late challenge caught a EL MAGO ONEILL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jon Rosin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of EL MAGO ONEILL booed when Hammarby Sjöstad IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon Rosin didn't get a good kick on the ball. EL MAGO ONEILL made a substitution. Breogan Tamajon replaced Juan Estebanez. Jon Rosin hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Hammarby Sjöstad IF's Gordon Banks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Hurtado in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to EL MAGO ONEILL getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Jan Hurtado hit a great ball. Gordon Banks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasto Herrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. A nice corner shot did that Yaniusky Basante got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gordon Banks quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of EL MAGO ONEILL booed when Hammarby Sjöstad IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon Rosin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Bernt Bergqvist came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Hammarby Sjöstad IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernt Bergqvist couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Hammarby Sjöstad IF's 潘桑星 threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bernt Bergqvist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. EL MAGO ONEILL's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
