But to his dismay, Iulian Pietreanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Baldomiro Txindoki made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Inocencio Marin sent off a good shot on target. Lars Setz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iulian Pietreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, M. Ramdhan Patirajawane left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Denti della Vecchia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 18th minute Petrică Cândreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Setz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 minutes Denti della Vecchia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Petrică Cândreanu who took care of the corner kick. Petrică Cândreanu made a great header on FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's corner, it was just that Denti della Vecchia's Lars Setz managed to reach the ball for a save. Denti della Vecchia's Lars Setz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Arósio in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Denti della Vecchia's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Arósio came free, but Lars Setz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Baldomiro Txindoki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save FC UNIREA Alba Iulia from getting a goal against them. Denti della Vecchia's Lars Setz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iulian Pietreanu in the 25th minute of play. M. Ramdhan Patirajawanes short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Baldomiro Txindoki to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Nils-Emil Hansson got a free kick in the 30th minute. Iulian Pietreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Setz having to interfere. Lars Setz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Pietreanu in the 36th minute of play. Lars Setz came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Iulian Pietreanu. After a rather tough play, Denti della Vecchia's Kurtuluş Sadir got a free kick in the 45th minute. Stamatis Pavlakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Iulian Pietreanu made the kick off in the second half. Baldomiro Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stamatis Pavlakos in the 51st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling M. Ramdhan Patirajawane in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomiro Txindoki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Orçun Yalınalp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lars Setz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute Gigel Horhoianu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Setz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Iulian Pietreanu sped through Denti della Vecchia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lars Setz. A collision led to Denti della Vecchia getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ball Pitt hit a great ball. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Baldomiro Txindoki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lars Setz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Denti della Vecchia's Tadeu Bittencourt was substituted for Tolek Kornatowski. Baldomiro Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from M. Ramdhan Patirajawane in the 81st minute of play. Baldomiro Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from M. Ramdhan Patirajawane in the 84th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Denti della Vecchia's goal looked a bit too open when Iulian Pietreanu came free, but Lars Setz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars Setz was a little too slow when Petrică Cândreanu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 1-5. In the 94th minute, Zenon Galagan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
