Zé Pena hit a great ball. England's Micah Macdonald couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Morungaba SC. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Issac Dawson managed to get in a good position for a shot. England's supporters rose to their feet, but Issac Dawson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Torres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, England's Khalid Kennedy got control of the ball when Gilbert Czerniak tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Micah Macdonald. 18 minutes into the match, England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilbert Czerniak. England's Khalid Kennedy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save England from getting a goal against them. Gilbert Czerniak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Khalid Kennedy made a huge save. Seth Young kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Eddie Willis hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Khalid Kennedy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alf Odman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 35 minute of play. Gilbert Czerniak took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Khalid Kennedy. Khalid Kennedy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 41st minute Micah Macdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Alf Odman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Morungaba SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alf Odman to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Gilbert Czerniak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Morungaba SC's Nestor Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caelan Hayes in the 53rd minute of play. Nestor Torres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Micah Macdonald went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice moves Micah Macdonald could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Nestor Torres however easily saved by the left post. 72 minutes into the game, England's Micah Macdonald nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nestor Torres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Kyle Cox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Nestor Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Issac Dawson took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Nestor Torres to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Micah Macdonald got free with Nestor Torres in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raphael Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raphael Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Morungaba SC got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Sá. In the 93rd minute, José Carlos Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Khalid Kennedy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarbas Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
