In the 4th minute of the match Deportivo Mandiyu got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pipis Vattimos ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zhu Bin Kun might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fodor Daniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zhu Bin Kun ran back to his position shaking his head. 6 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Zhu Bin Kun came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eulalio Bastian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The Deportivo Mandiyu fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Deportivo Mandiyu's Zhu Bin Kun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 30 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eulalio Bastian was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 36th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 38 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Deportivo Mandiyu's Eulalio Bastian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 43rd minute. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eulalio Bastian in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Balazs Lajos put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Eulalio Bastian. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zhu Bin Kun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Stefano Hengemühl kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Deportivo Mandiyu defense, Balazs Lajos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eulalio Bastian. The Deportivo Mandiyu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eulalio Bastian should have stopped the shot. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhu Bin Kun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Deportivo Mandiyu's Orlando Madureira was substituted for Enzo Bermudo. If Zhu Bin Kun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 72ndth minute of the game Orlando Madureira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orlando Madureira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Mandiyu made a substitution. Roberto Cherro replaced Zhu Bin Kun. 87 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's Roberto Cherro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Bakos Endre threw the ball into play from the sideline. Deportivo Mandiyu's Pedro Benvido quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Deportivo Mandiyu.
