Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Camille Baume scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 楚笑霖, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Saivis Rentovics blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxime Durand having to make a save. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 楚笑霖 having to interfere. In the 45th minute, 高星庭 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Peletier made a kick off. The throw-in from Alexandru Arnold in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by France's Maxence Durand. Thanks to some nice moves Frank Peletier could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which 楚笑霖 however easily saved by the left post. Frank Peletier struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. 楚笑霖 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for France. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jokim Frank in the 67th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Peletier's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but 楚笑霖 firmly grabbed it by the left post. Frank Peletier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but 楚笑霖 made a huge save. The supporters of France booed when Arsenal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Ferrando didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Arsenal FC's goalkeeper 楚笑霖 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camille Baume. France's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
