Remie Kint stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. The supporters of Netherlands booed when C.S.D Punta Ballena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celio Velazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, C.S.D Punta Ballena's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Remie Kint reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remie Kint saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, C.S.D Punta Ballena's Boguslaw Dziedelonis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remie Kint having to interfere. In the 35th minute Boguslaw Dziedelonis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Boguslaw Dziedelonis sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st match minute, C.S.D Punta Ballena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvino Blanco to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boguslaw Dziedelonis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lars Meesters received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Remie Kint came out and tried to block the shot, but Lars Meesters slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 54th minute. Gustaaf Groeneveldt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Remie Kint when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gustaaf Groeneveldts short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Remie Kint to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 67 minutes into the game, Wim Wilmes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Remie Kint. Wim Wilmes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. In the 71st minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remie Kint saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The C.S.D Punta Ballena fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when C.S.D Punta Ballena's Boguslaw Dziedelonis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. C.S.D Punta Ballena made a substitution. Feliciano Aramburu replaced Boguslaw Dziedelonis. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Aramburu in the 86th minute of play. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Aramburu, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Gustaaf Groeneveldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remie Kint having to make a save. A collision led to C.S.D Punta Ballena getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Idacio Monteros hit a great ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. C.S.D Punta Ballena were victorious despite being under pressure from Netherlands for much of the match.
