A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ulrich Stein hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiso Posse. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Tiso Posse got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. A hard shot 21 in the game by Fellipe Cosme from a close distance when the talented Tommy Kahn managed to make a qualified save. Germany's players were relieved. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Vivaldo Fernandes made the kick off in the second half. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fellipe Cosme in the 51st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vivaldo Fernandes in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. After a rather tough play, GynBsb's Filipe Brito got a free kick in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Vivaldo Fernandes notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute Vivaldo Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Paul Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Germany:s Tommy Kahn showed great skill when he stopped Vivaldo Fernandes:s penalty. GynBsb were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Germany for a fine match.
