Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Manfredo Bueno scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfredo Bueno in the 22nd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SANTOS F.C's Paulo Cruz got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfredo Bueno in the 33rd minute of the match. Paulo Cruz took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 38 minutes, Manfredo Bueno made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Germany's Willy Stieler got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 43rd play minute Frank Sachs came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nicholas Latifi. 1-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manfredo Bueno in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Manfredo Bueno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manfredo Bueno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. A collision led to SANTOS F.C getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Rômulo Machado hit a great ball. Douglas Basso might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Douglas Basso ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicholas Latifi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfredo Bueno in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manfredo Bueno. 79 minutes into the game, Paulo Cruz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Dreifuss during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 83 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. 84 minutes into the match, SANTOS F.C's Manfredo Bueno broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the game, SANTOS F.C's Manfredo Bueno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8. SANTOS F.C played a much better game than Germany and deserved their victory. The Germany players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
