Fausto Arnaus short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Tommy Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 32 minutes of play, Club Atlético Burzaco's Fausto Arnau made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th match minute, Club Atlético Burzaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Sesuldo to maneuver through the defense.

Club Atlético Burzaco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nereo Sesuldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Germany booed when Club Atlético Burzaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Firman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atlético Burzaco's Felix Tabby was substituted for Nereo Sesuldo. The referee gave Club Atlético Burzaco a penalty, 86 minutes into the game.
