In the 12th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vörös Henrik hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Lars Widdepenninck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 20th minute of play. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Widdepenninck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balazs Lajos couldn't finish the play. The Blue Lock fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lars Widdepenninck should have stopped the shot. After 67 played minutes Blue Lock got a freekick which was hit by Gaueko Obispo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hegedus Henrik got free with Lars Widdepenninck in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Widdepenninck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Widdepenninck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 89th minute of play forced Blue Lock's goalkeeper Lars Widdepenninck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Fazlı Benli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, Hungary's Takacs Tibor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lars Widdepenninck. Lars Widdepenninck yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
