Deodato Magliozzi kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauro Bezerra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Donato Ali stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Schuster's Mauro Bezerra got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavio Miconi scored 1-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Schuster's Donato Ali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 60th minute of play. Gianpaolo Mascari got a throw-in 62 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Zaccheo Andolina. Donato Ali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 63rd minute of the match. If Richy Hensmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Italy's zone, Saul Piarres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal and Saul Piarres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donato Ali was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Adriano Curto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adriano Curto really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4.
