Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bartlomiej Niedzwiecki took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Manchester City's Elliot Colvin got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Dan Saville charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dan Saville the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Hungary booed when Manchester City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Saville didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 9th minute, Major Barna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Dan Saville tried to sneak it across the goal line. Takacs Tibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Frank Pearce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Manchester City's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Frank Pearce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Saville sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Hungary booed when Manchester City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Avery didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Pearce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 27th minute of the match. Frank Pearce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Pearce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 40th minute of play forced Manchester City's goalkeeper Frank Pearce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barrie Fleming hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Antal Valentin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Bartlomiej Niedzwiecki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartlomiej Niedzwiecki in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartlomiej Niedzwiecki, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Frank Pearce. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Manchester City made a substitution. Anthony Carey replaced Bartlomiej Niedzwiecki. In the 61st play minute Hegedus Henrik came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Frank Pearce. 0-3. In the 63rd minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. After 66 played minutes Manchester City got a freekick which was hit by Geoffrey De Bougne. When Major Barna in the 67th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Frank Pearce kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. When Manchester City's Anthony Carey in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungary's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Antal Valentin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frank Pearce. That made the score 1-5 after 83 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anthony Carey in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frank Pearce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 89th minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthony Carey in the 91st minute of the match. Frank Pearce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 95th minute of play. The Manchester City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
