In the 6th minute, Pablo Escobar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 10th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Manny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pablo Escobar in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Barreto in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaime Manny saved Error 404 from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Escobar came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Wilson Amorim throw himself and got hold of the ball when Pablo Escobar in the 24thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The supporters of Portugal booed when Error 404 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Bastian didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Manny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Felipe Barreto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jaime Manny was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Escobar in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincenty Cwojdak in the 74th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartolomeu Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Manny having to interfere. Error 404's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
