Ardiles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Major Barna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Fodor Daniel stood somewhat misplaced when Donato Venerando came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 25 minute.
