An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 12th minute of play forced Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s goalkeeper Bengi Price to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Takacs Tibor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bengi Price was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Bengi Price tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bengi Price saved Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ from getting behind. Bengi Price came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bengi Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bengi Price read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s goalie and right to Katona Janos. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Hegedus Henrik struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Bengi Price didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 48 minutes into the game, Takacs Tibor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Bengi Price was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Bengi Price made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. After 56 played minutes Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Sedeni. Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s Bengi Price proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s Bengi Price got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengi Price. The Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengi Price should have stopped the shot. Apolo Jakue hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes Balazs Lajos shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s Bengi Price to catch but Balazs Lajos was lucky. It became 0-5 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. 81 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Bengi Price was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bengi Price was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Antal Valentin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antal Valentin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Major Barna scored 0-8 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bengi Price, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 92 minutes into the match, Hungary's Takacs Tibor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bengi Price narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
