Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gianluigi Buffon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gianluigi Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gianluigi Buffon saved Apocalipse FC from getting behind. In the 14th minute, Chris Nygaard made a precise shot to the right of Gianluigi Buffon. Apocalipse FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 18 minutes, Theis Winther mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Denmark and the Apocalipse FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Theis Winther hit a great ball. Gianluigi Buffon made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Chris Nygaard sent off a good shot on target. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Antônio de Azevedo in the 28 minute of the game. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. After 30 minutes, Nico Alcântara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Apocalipse FC and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Denmark booed when Apocalipse FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apocalipse FC's Gianluigi Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Apocalipse FC's goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chris Nygaard. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 37th minute of play forced Apocalipse FC's goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gianluigi Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gianluigi Buffon was a little too slow when Chris Nygaard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 48th minute, Denmark's Lars Steen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gianluigi Buffon. Gianluigi Buffon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gianluigi Buffon having to interfere. After having played for 65 minutes, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Nygaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gianluigi Buffon was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. The attack was good, but when Chris Nygaard in the 69th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nico Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Marcos Rodrigues's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Keld Paulsen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gianluigi Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lars Steen hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Chris Nygaard scored 5-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gianluigi Buffon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apocalipse FC's Gianluigi Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lars Steen struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Gianluigi Buffon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gianluigi Buffon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bertram Svenningsen struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Gianluigi Buffon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. Apocalipse FC's Gianluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 98th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Denmark had played much better football throughout.
