Felipe Barreto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. 庄笑鹏 made in the 28th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by 康天升. The supporters of 【粤】誰嶼爭鋒 booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Graciano Coutinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viriato Moura received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 方云朋 came out and tried to block the shot, but Viriato Moura slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 48th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off.
