Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute Lionel-Andrés Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Orzaize in the 6th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bas Tuitert hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Adrian Orzaize shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Ferran made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Luciano Ferran made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Orzaize in the 22nd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Ferran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Eikelkamp in the 24th minute of the match. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free in front of the goal in the 26th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Luciano Ferran was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Gijsbert ter Kruimer had several of the Sαηgrε Azuɭ's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 28 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Luciano Ferran as he didn't even see the shot coming. 31 minutes into the match, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Luciano Ferran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Sαηgrε Azuɭ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. After 43 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Wim Wilmes. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lionel-Andrés Messias to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Orzaize. In the 53rd minute of the match Sαηgrε Azuɭ got a corner. Netherlands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonas Ordono ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jonas Ordono got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnout Reekers quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 55 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lionel-Andrés Messias. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ur Cabral in the 56th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Ur Cabral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Arnout Reekers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luciano Ferran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute of the match, Lionel-Andrés Messias tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnout Reekers saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luciano Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 65th minute of play. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lionel-Andrés Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Luciano Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Luciano Ferran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Ferran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 84th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Ferran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 90th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Luciano Ferran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Lionel-Andrés Messias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Netherlands players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
