Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sandro Galishoff made the kick off which started today's match. Sandro Galishoff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Dominic Colebrants tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dominic Colebrants was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Fabio Schneider capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The tension between the Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin and the Austria players grew even worse after the yellow card. Austria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Schneider was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Fabio Schneider scored to the left of an out of position Dominic Colebrants, making the score, 2-1. Gustav Volckaerts's late challenge caught a Austria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustav Volckaerts helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Volckaerts to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teun Van Heurick was the one to do the kick off.
