Dinko Stankovic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teun Van Heurick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dominic Colebrants showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Bosak in the 15th minute of the match. Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's Dominic Colebrants played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Mauzer in the 17th minute of play. Croatia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joonatan Ryers 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Damir Pongrac notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's Dominic Colebrants. Dominic Colebrants was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30th minute, Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's Joonatan Ryers dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Dominic Colebrants took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damir Pongrac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teun Van Heurick, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Benjamin Domazet kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Ilija Skugor was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Ivan Van hoegaerde capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ivan Van hoegaerde really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Van hoegaerde during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joonatan Ryers's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ilija Skugor firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 48th minute Toni Mauzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Colebrants saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Toni Mauzer made the kick off in the second half. Toni Mauzer came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dominic Colebrants could save by the left post. Martin Bosak scored 5-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dominic Colebrants, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Joonatan Ryers came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joonatan Ryers in the 62nd minute of play. Benjamin Domazet hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. During the 67th minute of the match Ivan Van hoegaerde completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ivan Van hoegaerde a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ivan Van hoegaerde hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Teun Van Heurick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute Toni Mauzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Colebrants saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Joonatan Ryers came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joonatan Ryers couldn't finish the play. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teun Van Heurick in the 96th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Croatia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin.
