Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafa Arantes in the 3rd minute of play. In the 8th minute Cezary Gniewek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by El Boudiaf in the 12th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Wim Wilmes took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kristián Pražan to make any attempt to save it. Kristián Pražan made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from El Boudiaf, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling El Boudiaf in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kristián Pražan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 26th minute of the match. After 28 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristián Pražan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristián Pražan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Kristián Pražan made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute El Boudiaf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell El Boudiaf to make the kick off. El Boudiaf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafa Arantes in the 58th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd match minute, Taliban FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walid Prévost to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kristián Pražan. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristián Pražan having to interfere. Jerry Featherson kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute, Rafa Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristián Pražan having to interfere. A collision led to Taliban FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Nordine Nasri hit a great ball. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristián Pražan having to interfere. Netherlands's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
