Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Waldemar Burdzel kicked off to start the match. Dogelo's Manúel Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 3rd minute of play. In the 3rd minute Sigfrido Auletta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manúel Bento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Vittori made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Waldemar Burdzel sent off a good shot on target. Manúel Bento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 6th minute of play. Dogelo's Ulisses Mattos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eliseo Cutri in the 12 minute of the game. Manúel Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Siricio Liotta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Frank Catarinense's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Vittori was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 21st minute of the match Dogelo got a corner. Italy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ahmet Danış Garipbaş ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zaccheo Andolina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Manúel Bento having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 23rd minute of play forced Dogelo's goalkeeper Manúel Bento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Vittori made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Frank Catarinense sent off a good shot on target. Eliseo Cutri kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 38th minute of the match Italy got a corner. Dogelo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sigfrido Auletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 47 minutes, Jardel Tande mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dogelo and the Italy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Dogelo's Jardel Tande got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The attack was good, but when Zaccheo Andolina in the 54th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 58th match minute, Dogelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulisses Mattos to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dogelo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Italy's Eliseo Cutri to a score. 0-1 in the 61st minute. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Catarinense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manúel Bento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulisses Mattos's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulisses Mattos helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Dogelo getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ulisses Mattos hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the game, Zaccheo Andolina recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Manúel Bento. Zaccheo Andolina showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Siricio Liotta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manúel Bento having to interfere. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. Adriano Curto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Manúel Bento came out and tried to block the shot, but Adriano Curto slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 84th minute. Manúel Bento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Curto in the 90th minute of the match. Dogelo's Manúel Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Curto in the 92nd minute of play. Eliseo Cutri made a great header on Italy's corner, it was just that Dogelo's Manúel Bento managed to reach the ball for a save.
