Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Mandrake fc's Cugat Lara got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amancio Tarin during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amancio Tarin hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elar Quero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 9th minute of play forced Mandrake fc's goalkeeper Elar Quero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Pelayo Segura came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars Meesters took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elar Quero. Elar Quero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 17th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elar Quero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 played minutes Mandrake fc got a freekick which was hit by Cugat Lara. Wim Wilmes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 22 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elar Quero was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Mandrake fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. 33 minutes into the game, Gust Ennemans threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mandrake fc's Amancio Tarin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 35 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elar Quero was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Gustaaf Groeneveldt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elar Quero was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elar Quero having to interfere. Elar Quero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 53rd minute of play forced Mandrake fc's goalkeeper Elar Quero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mandrake fc's Elar Quero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 54th minute of play. Elar Quero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 58 played minutes Mandrake fc got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Clos. In the 59th minute, Mandrake fc's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elar Quero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 minutes Mandrake fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-4 in the 62nd minute. Elar Quero made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Mandrake fc getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Gabriel Maldonado hit a great ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Elar Quero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Amancio Tarin hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elar Quero. That made the score 0-5 after 77 minutes of play. Wim Wilmes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cugat Lara charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cugat Lara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Mandrake fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cugat Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt made a precise shot to the right of Elar Quero. Mandrake fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Elar Quero threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Mandrake fc booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bas Tuitert didn't get a good kick on the ball.
