Casper Claes made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Karl-Michael Almqvist sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Casper Claes managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Forza Heppenbach's Karl-Michael Almqvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 41 minutes into the game, Primitivo Taner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Forza Heppenbach's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belgium the free kick. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 44th minute of the match. After 46th play minutes Karl-Michael Almqvist shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Casper Claes and just under the crossbar into goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karl-Michael Almqvist made a kick off. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Yves Dervaux hit a great ball. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Michael Almqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Edward Vanderstraeten came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hans-Joachim Amerhauser could save by the left post. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Kellbom in the 58th minute of the match. Forza Heppenbach were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Belgium's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Brent Desmet took the corner. The corner led Forza Heppenbach's Brent Desmet to fire away a dangerous shot which Casper Claes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Kellbom in the 64th minute of play. Forza Heppenbach's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Vanderstraeten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Karl-Michael Almqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casper Claes was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. 95 minutes into the match, Forza Heppenbach's goalkeeper Hans-Joachim Amerhauser had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
