With an all-out effort, Denmark's Nils-Erik Soned threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bertram Svenningsen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ingmar Nordlund scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ingmar Nordlund came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Fluet FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingmar Nordlund couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Denmark booed when Fluet FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthias Ahlrot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias Ahlrot in the 89th minute of the match. Roberto Gorbea's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Gorbea helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fluet FK's Roberto Gorbea got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the final whistle went the supporters of Fluet FK were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Denmark side.
