Keld Paulsen acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 5th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dionisio Felo. Esteve Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 7th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kekambas FC's Romulo Orlandus got a free kick in the 11th minute. Esteve Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Kekambas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Esteve Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 14th minute of play forced Kekambas FC's goalkeeper Esteve Iratxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blas Peios short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Keld Paulsen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Blas Peio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Mathias Ludvigsen got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chris Nygaard to strike the kick off in the second half. Denmark's attentive Simon Bendtsen managed to snatch the ball when Fernando Bertol made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. Bertram Svenningsen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Esteve Iratxo came out and tried to block the shot, but Bertram Svenningsen slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 89th minute. Denmark played a much better game than Kekambas FC and deserved their victory. The Kekambas FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
