Keld Paulsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 19 minutes, Federico Behe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Behe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bertram Svenningsen got free with Gonzalo Lon in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute Federico Behe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza's corner Serafin Loiola fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Keld Paulsen quite easily take care of the ball. In the 32nd minute, Chris Nygaard reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gonzalo Lon. The goal made the score 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 35th minute of play forced C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza's goalkeeper Gonzalo Lon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chris Nygaard was slow to take the kick. During this time Denmark's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Denmark's Olav Graversen to fire away a dangerous shot which Gonzalo Lon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza's Gonzalo Lon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Denmark's Lars Steen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonzalo Lon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Nicasio Nofre made in the 44th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Federico Behe. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
A sloppy throw-in by Nicasio Nofre in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Theis Winther. 55 minutes into the match, C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza's goal looked a bit too open when Bertram Svenningsen came free, but Gonzalo Lon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonzalo Lon. C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Kenn Skou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Bertram Svenningsen sped through C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gonzalo Lon. 66 minutes into the match, Mikkel Wulff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonzalo Lon. C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mikkel Wulff was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Cayetano Jaume made in the 77th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nicasio Nofre however managed to control. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonzalo Lon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 82nd minute of play forced C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza's goalkeeper Gonzalo Lon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denmark's Mikkel Wulff got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Justo J. de Urquiza's Gonzalo Lon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of C.A. Justo J. de Urquiza booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikkel Wulff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonzalo Lon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Lon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denmark walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
