In the 77th minute, Waldemar Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Tiran Centrih got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Espigão Steamrollers booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siricio Liotta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Espigão Steamrollers were victorious despite being under pressure from Italy for much of the match.
