Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Team Rocco's attack was well implemented in the 9th minute, but when Joel Lundström was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. The supporters of Team Rocco booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Göran Unesson came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Team Rocco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Göran Unesson couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Team Rocco getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Alfred Samuelsson hit a great ball. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Lundström went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 26 minutes into the game, Joel Lundström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th minute Joel Lundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 minutes, Albin Holweck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Team Rocco players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Lundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Team Rocco's Joel Lundström got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Germany's Albin Holweck dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The Germany players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Team Rocco were winning 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. 51 minutes in the game Osvald Fredriksson did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Vincent Olofsson. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Lundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Joel Lundström put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. A well done corner resulted in Vincent Olofsson drilling the ball in to score 1-5 behind Germany's goalkeeper. Vincent Olofsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvald Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match.
