In the 17th minute of the match MengãOShowS - FDFDF got a corner. Spain's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kang Xing ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Albuquerque in the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Spain's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Albuquerque came free, but Gabriel Ascaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per-Olof Sigfridsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Ascaso having to interfere. Spain's Carles Cherro was substituted for Omar Toledo. In the 71st minute Adria Bielsa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saad Man saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute Carles Cherro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saad Man saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Tony Albuquerque had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Ascaso. Spain's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tony Albuquerque was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Mutu in the 90th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Carles Cherro notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of MengãOShowS - FDFDF's Saad Man. Saad Man was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saad Man took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Ruiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Spain were the better team. Spain's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
