Bennvar Noobel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Bennvar Noobel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The throw-in from Victor Hugo Basso in the 23rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Bruno Bastos. A hard shot 25 in the game by Viriato Moura from a close distance when the talented Bennvar Noobel managed to make a qualified save. Seraċini Għawdxin's players were relieved. 28 minutes into the match, Seraċini Għawdxin's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Bennvar Noobel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Felipe Barreto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bennvar Noobel. Felipe Barreto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Wei Yun in the 33rd minute of play. Seraċini Għawdxin's Bennvar Noobel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 36th minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Griffin, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 41 played minutes Seraċini Għawdxin got a freekick which was hit by Jostein Røvik. A hard shot by Felipe Barreto from long distance, 41 minutes into the match, got Bennvar Noobel's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 43 minutes into the match, Seraċini Għawdxin's goalkeeper Bennvar Noobel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caetano Moreira. In the 44th minute of the match, Viriato Moura tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bennvar Noobel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 47 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Graciano Coutinho. After the first half Seraċini Għawdxin were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Song Wei Yun made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Neil Degabriele took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Wilson Amorim to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 64th minute of play forced Seraċini Għawdxin's goalkeeper Bennvar Noobel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bennvar Noobel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 65th minute of the match.
