Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dadá Madureira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Metod Mlynar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Édouard Mendy made a huge save. Metod Mlynar struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Édouard Mendy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slovakia. After 7 minutes, Roberto Vasconcelos made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Slovakia's Henrich Slany tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 11 minutes into the game, Roberto Vasconcelos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Henrich Slany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Roberto Vasconcelos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henrich Slany was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 18th minute, Dadá Madureira made a precise shot to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Francisco Fonseca in the 27th minute of play. If Oliver Holub had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrich Slany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dadá Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dadá Madureira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henrich Slany read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Hannover Football Club's Édouard Mendy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Hannover Football Club from getting a goal against them. Dadá Madureira took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Henrich Slany didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Vasconcelos went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Madureira in the 49th minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Metod Mlynar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hannover Football Club were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Slovakia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto Vasconcelos took the corner. After taking down the ball on Hannover Football Club's corner Roberto Vasconcelos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Henrich Slany quite easily take care of the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Dadá Madureira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Henrich Slany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Slovakia's Vít Biskup quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Romário Marques, made in the 71st minute of the game. In the 73rd minute, Frits Elhart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrich Slany didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Vasconcelos went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. If Roberto Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jean Messias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Slovakia's Daniel Suchy got a free kick in the 81st minute. Henrich Slany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dadá Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Roberto Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 minutes of play, Hannover Football Club's Roberto Vasconcelos made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrich Slany was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute Jean Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Hannover Football Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Slovakia throughout the match.
