Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Legio X Eqvestris's zone, Albin Holweck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Gustau came out of the goal and Albin Holweck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luis Navarro had several of the Germany's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 47 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-1 score and a disappointed Tommy Kahn as he didn't even see the shot coming. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Navarro in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th minute, Marcelino Kimetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Janik Vogt hit a great ball. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Navarro, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. When José Paradela came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Legio X Eqvestris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Paradela couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Luis Navarro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Navarro in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Legio X Eqvestris fans cheered their team off the field, for while Germany had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
