A collision led to Xurupita FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Humberto Secco hit a great ball. If David Eikelkamp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Rosa in the 9th minute of play. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karni Yair, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Xurupita FC reached it. Jarbas Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 43rd minute of play. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Xurupita FC's Karni Yair. But to his dismay, Karni Yair quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gijsbert ter Kruimer to strike the kick off in the second half. Joseph Kellbom kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Đỗ Dung blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnout Reekers having to make a save. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karni Yair in the 61st minute of the match. Jarbas Pimenta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Xurupita FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
