Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Jaroslav Vedral got a free kick in the 4th minute. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Boukjan Bunt sent off a good shot on target. Erasmo Diegotxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Šedina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. In the 25th minute David Eikelkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Diegotxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Eikelkamp in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erasmo Diegotxe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boukjan Bunt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erasmo Diegotxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 29th minute of play. After 31 minutes Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. Erasmo Diegotxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boukjan Bunt got free with Arnout Reekers in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erasmo Diegotxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 40th minute of play. When Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Robert Šedina in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. Erasmo Diegotxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Jan Fabian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 played minutes Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho got a freekick which was hit by Santa Viola. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robert Šedina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Erasmo Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Erasmo Diegotxe made a huge save. 68 minutes into the match, Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Erasmo Diegotxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho made a substitution. Jiří Drábek replaced Jaroslav Vedral. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Metoděj Ernst was substituted for Petr Martinů. Erasmo Diegotxe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wim Wilmes in the 76th minute. Boukjan Bunt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 87 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Lars Meesters. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Robert Šedina. But to his dismay, Robert Šedina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Egbert Nijveldt hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Robert Šedina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
